Most clients pay $800–$2,000 out of pocket after insurance. We help you file the claim at no charge.
Insurance may cover your prosthesis
Many health insurance plans cover cranial prosthesis wigs as Durable Medical Equipment (DME) under HCPCS code S5145. Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurers include this benefit.
Our specialist drafts a Letter of Medical Necessity for your physician to sign — at no charge.
We submit pre-authorization, claims, and follow up with your insurer on your behalf.
